Common questions
How do I start my free trial?
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription → See plans, and pick any plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Hooper Stats, and you can change or cancel there. Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the period you've paid for.
Is my kid's data safe?
Yes. Your stats are stored on your device. If you create an account and sign in, your data also syncs privately to your account so you can use it across devices. We don't show ads and we don't sell data. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I back up or move my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Your data → Export all data. That saves a single backup file you can keep safe or import on another device. If you sign in, your data also backs up to your account automatically.
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes. A Hooper Stats subscription is shareable with your Apple Family Sharing group, so one subscription covers your household.
What devices does it work on?
iPhone and iPad. The layout adapts to the bigger iPad screen so it doesn't look like a stretched phone app.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Hooper Stats is launching on iPhone and iPad first. An Android version is on the roadmap — if you'd like to be notified when it's ready, email us and we'll add you to the list.
