Plain English: Hooper Stats is a tool to track youth basketball stats. Your data is yours. Use it well; it's provided as-is.

Use of the app

Hooper Stats is provided for personal, non-commercial use by parents, guardians, and coaches tracking youth basketball games. You're responsible for the accounts and content you create and for keeping your login secure.

Subscriptions & billing

Hooper Stats offers auto-renewing subscriptions with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you manage or cancel them in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the app before you start a trial. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Your data is yours

Anything you create in the app — players, games, photos — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership and we don't sell it. You can export a full backup at any time, and request account deletion by contacting support.

No warranty

We work hard to make Hooper Stats reliable, but it's provided "as is." We can't guarantee it will never lose data, miscount a stat, or have a bug. Keep your own backups via the export feature.

What you agree not to do

• Use the app for anything illegal.
• Attempt to break, abuse, or disrupt the service or other users' accounts.
• Present tracked stats as official or sanctioned by any league or organization.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, the makers of Hooper Stats are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, or incidental — resulting from using or being unable to use the app.

Changes

These terms may update. The most recent version always lives on this page. Continued use of the app after an update counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
